We also offer thirty-two one-bedroom apartment homes that feature ceramic tile baths and dressing room with linen closet, complete eat-in kitchens with window view and a seperate dining room area. Each kitchen contains a dishwasher, garbage disposal, range, refrigerator and stainless sink. These apartment homes have concrete floors with wall to wall carpeting, individually controlled central heat and air conditioning, individiual water heater and are cable ready with multiple phone jacks.
All apartments have a private entrance, patio or balcony, new energy efficient patio doors, laundry and storage facilities and reserved parking with ample overflow parking. Water, sewer and trash are included.
With our on-site management, we are able to assist your needs immediately. We also have on-site 24 hour emergency maintenance. Small pets are allowed with a pet deposit.
